1. You're encouraging me to upload mine and share! I've been doing this for years to the point where I even design food, textures, etc. It started off as an attempt to compete with 3D Max which I thought was far too expensive. So I try to get as close to realistic as possible, playing with shadow, light, shapes and perspective. I really like your way as well. Very clean look!
