Favorite part?! Ummm…everything. The wall colour is beautiful.
AWESOME
First, I had a laundry chute when I was little. We also had a shower in the basement so we use to throw soap down the chute or yell up to my sisters through "Hey I neeed a towel!" anyway love the way you think your designs through I NEED to do something with my laundry room to make it …nice You actually enter from the garage right into my laundry room. Why I the name of all dirty underwear would anyone build a house that way?
I love your laundry room!
I grew up in a post WWII split level, which my parents still live in. I love the laundry shoot. Wish I could have one again. Or the washer dryer on the floor with the bedrooms.
I really love this! Making the room more useful. How I wish I can work with you someday and design my home. Sending love from Philippines. You're my new favorite! The architect/interior designer in me (hiding for long since I have different profession) is so inspired coz of you! ❤
Thoroughly enjoy your videos and YES I have a laundry shute.
Oh my goodness….when I thought I saw it all….you always shock me with your brilliant ideas….this is the perfect laundry room ever….love love it
Smart, Well thought out.
You mentioned your mom and I'd like to know how much of your creative genes you inherited from her?
The house that I grew up in was built in 1903 in Pittsburgh. Yes, we had a laundry shoot! Loved it!
Robeson binge watch ❤
I love the ceiling fan were can i buy one
The biggest difference for me would be a re-design of my sad old awkward laundry, or just have someone to help me design it to make it better and happier 🙂
Yes! We had a laundry chute in the bathroom on the second floor that dropped to the basement, luved that thing! Sometimes i had to use a broom handle to push down the clothes because i would overstuff the chute, LMBO. Good times.
I love what you did—I love everything you renovate, everything!–but I wouldn't say your LR is small. MINE is small and I'm planning a mini renovation for next month but I mean 8×10 small! Anyway—gorgeous renovation AS USUAL!
Omg, I’m just a little bit in love with you

Ma'am Rebecca hope you could design my future home 🙂 I'm from the Philippines and I'm a big fan of your designs.
you've done it again rebecca. a big round of applause for a job well done.. i love the way think.
I love it . I'm inspired. Where'd you get those laundry baskets??
Great video and ideas. Thanks, Rebecca! Do you mind sharing the dimensions of the laundry chute? I'm thinking that's going to be saving my marriage with my husband who lays his clothes wherever they fall off him in th bedroom! LOL! Our bedrooms are also on the top floor that would save a lot of time. Many thanks!
Love every inch of it 🙂
Never grew up with a laundry chute. A few years after we moved into our home (27 years ago), my husband cut a hole in the upstairs bathroom floor and built a chute that goes down into my basement bathroom. No more lugging huge baskets full of dirty clothes.
Yes I remember the laundry chute-we had it in a couple of our homes…nothing as great as yours – and I am a realtor in Kansas City and in some of our older homes we still see the laundry chutes believe it or not.
I've actually though about putting in a laundry shoot. Growing up my best friend's house had a laundry shoot, was cool, went from 2nd floor, 1st floor, to the basement.
OMGD im in loveeee,
my laudry room/bathroom /storage is a DISASTER.
One of the best design videos i have ever seen… Can you make more like this..?
I Like it.!…I'm working on my laundry room😯
I am booked on all your videos . I have watched so many since I found them, I had to subscribe, so I don't miss any. Some people like you, know just how to put stuff together to make a statement, and there are some people like me, who cant, so watching stuff like this is a godsend. Keep doing it. Watching from ENGLAND.
We had a laundry shute growin up too
We had a laundry shoot that went to the basement where our washer & dryer was. The only thing that wasn't so good about it is I was the only girl in the family and I had to do the laundry in order to get lunch money. There were a few times I went with out lunch.
I have a laundry chute from my upstairs to my basement. There is even access in my kitchen.
I live in Australia and our homes are built different help please l am in Perth.
I'd love to see an episode where you give advice on how to coordinate and layout an art wall in a living room or bedroom. I'm an artist with TONS of canvases, framed work and drawings and I never know how to incorporate them into my rooms!
Love it!!!
Growing up my family had a laundry chute. Loved it! Beautiful laundry room you have! Thank you for sharing!
I loved throwing my Barbie's down the Laundry shoot!
I always wanted a home with a laundry shoot!
Laundry shoots are awesome for 2 story homes!
I hope this comes across as a compliment(as it's meant to be)but you have aged so beautifully. You have such a great look now too with the new hairstyle! Love your videos!!!
