I could never get bored with interior design this my soulmate lol…
Definitely go follow my dream & go to school for it
Thank you. #newsub btw
In this video you talk about how you went to 1 year of certificate school. Did you end up getting your license in interior design or did you only have a certificate saying you were a designer? I ask cause I am currently unrolled in the New York institute of art and design and I complete my course in December and I’m worried about being taken serious with only a certificate
I just found your channel, it’s the perfect time after completing my design school… wow you are very inspiring… I’m really motivated to look into the industry now.
To be a designer it is also a gift of the eye and that’s part
I started few months ago in uk British academy of interior design , I do it as an open university from home. They offer 4 different diplomas and certificates, witch intail tips if how to start your own business and how to hunt for a job in different companies.
Thank you, this was an interesting and informative video. 😉
Wow❤
What technical programs do you use?
I just discovered your videos and I love them! I’m a self taught designer, but because of the state I live in I have to take the NCI DQ and had to enroll in a design program. I need flexibility in work with having to drive my son to school and I won’t be able to work for anyone, for me I know that I want to start my own firm right from the get go. What I need to see is the day to day process, the design process and how to charge. How to charge is huge, can you talk about this? Thank you for sharing!
Hello greetings form India🇮🇳
I'm studying b.Sc Interior design 3 years undergraduate course.., already 1 year completed. Dream to come Canada 🍁 and 💼work.
Im not bored at all, I love watching real life. I am a nail tech in the US.
I love your content!
I’m in love with that leather jacket!!!❤️ where did you get it if I may ask? I love your drive as a businesswoman!!! My passion is to be a interior designer but I’m 47 1/2 and probably too old to start but who knows where my life will revolve into! I stayed home at home with my kids and did Realestate agent for a few years! But I do love real estate but that’s not my “passion” I don’t think I would ever feel like it’s work since I love the whole interior design!!! Thanks so much for your channel!!!
Much love from South Surrey haha.. Cant believe your a local from Van.. is the Interior Design Program at BCIT a good start? Also isnt interior design such a competitive/free lance type of career? Or can you actually find a job easily..
Why do you have your photographer take these long pan shots of your body all the time…shoes, to the legs, up the thighs, as you're sitting. You're talking about serious stuff and being taken seriously and I find it so gratuitous and unnecessary.
Stop the fucking up talk please. Omg
I just want to say eyes on the road and hands on wheels please! This is endangering other people’s lives!
If you're looking for an interior design company, the best one in the city would be:
https://www.stylishome.ca/
They are absolutely amazing, they operate like a startup super fast and efficient.
Highly highly recommended!!
6:02 Who know the green jacket she's wearing?
What are the main software programs an interior designer needs to work with?
Bored? No not really coz I bumped here less than an hour.. but yes you can always have some vacation & share such videos in between here too 🙂 maybe you should share your ideas & experience on Ted X too. BTW I like the pic on your desk 🙂
Just wondering as an interior designer what softwares do you use the most (e.g CAD revit etc)?
Love your fashion style!!
my role model 😍😍😍💖💪
Loved watching the video I just have a question I really want to get into interior designing but I lack the physical skills of the painting and building I’m more into the planning and the imagination behind it will that be a problem
Not bored. The normal daily life is actually what's lack on the internet. People tend to put on a show which is not naturual
I love this.. thank you soo much, it gave me so much clarity 😆
hello miss, i want share my story about design. i like design more precisely interior design. If in the television program there is interior designer television program i am very interested to watch its program television. But my skill in paint not good. How about your opinion that i could train my skills in paint?
I love how real you are. Loving your content. Just found you today, and I'm already subscribed. Can't wait to watch more!
Not bored at all, and for me believe in people and kindness is the most important when you hire someone not the school background 🙂
How late it is to shift to interior design? The reason I asked this because I have an Engineering degree and working in an IT industry for past 7 years. I am turning 30 this year. So is it too late to switch career? It will be really helpful if you could respond.
It helped me so much. Thank you
Thank you for such a different take on social media with regards to interior design. Your channel is EXACTLY what I was looking for when I wanted more information and a birds eye view into design! From advice of being a designer to showing how you run your business, I am a fan all around!!!
Is it mandatory to know free hand drawing if I want to get into this field?
What do u mean by technical background? U mean like I have to be good at rendering? 3d Modeling? Using autocad,3ds max, photoshop?
You talk to much
Hey KB – thanks for sharing your experience with us . Thinking of change life and do this course , not with intention of work with ( cause thinking of not be good enough) but I would love to try.
Thanks for inspiring me and your voice is so warm. Lots of success ! Xx M
love that office space. What a sweet view
Thank you so much, it was so helpful and inspiring. I wish you all the best! 🙏🏻
This is the second video of you I’m watching and it is so entertaining and helpful… I’m looking for information like yours to bring me light if I should study interior design or fashion design after my master degree in marketing and business administration. I just love it but I don’t know if I’m going to be good at it or better in fashion. Neither of those options are related to my actual degree in spetial education but I think I might tied it up and make something new with all that knowledge.
Thanks to you and your team for this inspirational and informative videos.
And by the way… HAPPY NEW YEAR
i wanna. became interior desingner or i am in india
I love the day in the life vids! I’m also thinking about becoming an interior designer but that seems like such a huge and risky decision to me and would love to hear about how to build your own company and how to get jobs with an interior design degrees.
what are your double majors and which university did you enroll in vancouver ?
You are an inspiration 👍honest !!love watching !!keep them coming !!!
I love the idea of combining different interior styles together. At the moment, I’m loving A Modern Grand Tour’s (https://amoderngrandtour.com/collections/lighting). They combine vintage interior design with an unique twist.
My journey from fitness to outdoor education got me a place in my job as a venue exec in a sports facility hub. Through my own life experiences and circumstances, I also grew up fixing the house and having big ideas for spaces. Never have I thought I would have the potential to venture into interior design until I realised I came up with floor plans for my own home to fix everything by myself and always wanted to do carpentry work too. My current career as a venue exec involves maintainence and function deployment and it's definitely a learning journey to hopefully add on to my starting career and knowledge. Hoping to save up to school for interior design and architecture someday.
Gracias! sos muy inspiradora! me recibi de Diseñadora de Interiores hace pocos días y tu video es lo que necesito ver. Thank you, you are amazing, xo from Argentina.
It's motivating! I am interior design student, at first it feels hard. So many tasks, and so many events to get more relations with people, so we don't have so much time to chill, or even sleep. It takes only 2 hours per day for me to sleep, yeah and I got the good eye-bags for an appointment :") but it's fun! I really enjoy this kind of daily routines
Love the outfit so so so much!
