What school do I have to go to be an interior designer
This has been soo helpful! Thanks for the encouragement ❤️
Do you think someone could be enrolled in an interior design school without a degree in anything else? I am 22, graduated high school and avoided college, based on the anxiety of spending money to go into the wrong career. I guess I had a warped view of interior designer/decorator before, but I would like the more prestigious role of a designer, than a decorator because I feel I have the potential to do so. Obviously you don't have all the answers, but this is a career path I've wanted to pursue for a while now, but I don't what I'd be getting into, which holds me back. Much love, thank you for this video.
Thank you!!!!!!! I’m currently about to graduate from a journalism degree but I became super interested in interior design, definitely gives me hope!
I'm going to my second year of community college and currently wanting to go for real estate and interior design. This was such an encouraging video and very helpful! Thank you for making it easy and simple but yet very informative. 🙂
i'm on this video because im 14 and want to redesign my room and so far my draft on computer is kinda good, i'm digging it.
Hi Sandy, I am new to your channel (first video) so I'm sorry if you have answered this before but which school did you choose? I love in Ga as well and the only two school I know are the Art Institute and SCAD. I'm just getting starting looking into this.
Hi Sandy..wish you all the very best for your ID course..wish to know which school you studying and the degree you enrolled in.. thanks 😊
Very informative video! Thank you
Thank you so much for making this video I’m really considering interior design as a career path and you have for sure given me some good information!
Loveeeeeeee this video , very informative. I was just looking at SCAD for interior design. I’m currently a Decorator for a Furniture store but I’m ready to start my career in something i love and i thought this would be a starting point by working here but i need more background information so i want to go to school. The only thing is my schedule is VERY busy and Savannah Georgia is hours away from me but i really want to attend that school. I was thinking about taking interior design classes online but I’m honestly scared being as though interior design is sooo hands on & im more of a visual learner so being face to face makes it easier to learn but again the distance and my schedule.. do you have any suggestions as far as online classes for interior design? Would it be ideal to take them online?
Hi, love this video. I was interested in attending FIT in ny. But I’m a little intimidated seeing as though I’m currently a nurse, but I was wondering if you could possibly tell me the difference between interior design and industrial design. Love the video by the way. Xoxo
So I'm 12, and I am into virtual interior design/decorating (closer to decorating) on Planner5d. Does anyone know another program I could use or something I could look at online to get better?
I have a few questions regarding interior design and its inspecting behind it. I am currently a high school senior leaning towards interior design yet I feel like I flaw in the math side of interior design. Is such as algebra or calculus a big need or a trait that a person needs to have in order to pursue interior design.
I have really no background behind interior design, I've been mainly learning about graphic design and have created one professional logo at one point. Yet I lack in the math aspect behind it.
I would like to know other career paths with the Interior Design degree.
This video answered a lot of my questions!!! I also thought you had to have a portfolio and I’m not the best at drawing, and I don’t particularly care for math and I didn’t know exactly what the accreditation meant and this video helped me a lot and I feel better about going into school for interior design next year, so thank you!!
Really wish I saw this sooner. I went to Bay Path University for interior design and at the point of me graduating the program(May 2019) is much more decorative. Glad I double majored so I have a marketing degree as well.
I really want to be one but do we have to be good in art to be one?
I took Multmedia Arts because i thought its gonna be a perfect course for me, and as time went by, i didn't finish my course because it's not really what I want. All I want is to become a Make Up Artist, a Stylist and a Decorator/Designer. Now, I wanna take Interior design because I realize that this is what i really want. Thank you for making me realize those things Sandy! 😢🥰💖 All love, Godbless you!
I'm currently studying business administration and I'm planning to study interior design next year. thanks for the tips
Thank you so much for this informative video! I’m from the Philippines and I am an incoming college freshmen in Interior Design school.
I'm 17 and I'm taking a proficiency test in a couple weeks to "graduate" from high school. After that, I'm applying for community college to begin in the fall. I'm looking into what I could major in and interior design is one of my top 3 choices. Could you give me some advice?
I completed 2 years of Interior design what do I do to continue.
thank you this really helped
Plz plz reply if I become an interior designer are you still able to decorate?
